I don't really use the gym equipment, but go to classes. Nothing like someone telling you what to do and your brain can sort of go on autopilot and just work out. Also an instructor helps a lot in the self discipline department. Say lifiting weights outside one would probably do 20-30 minutes with lots of breaks in between, but being in the class you could just do 100 reps easy because there's someone pushing you on, and there's music also. So I do lots of Les Mills Classes; Pump, Combat, RPM, Attack, Balance.
Body Combat still my favourite!
Then there was pot luck at my sister's friend's place. was a last minute thing which I made some chocolate-marshmallow-ice cream-sorbet-mousse thing. Well the recipe was kinda crap so that was what it came out to be. Looked and tasted okay, but was very unsatisfying to make. It was just putting in pre processed junk which involved very little actual cooking. So, I might as well have bought something. And weird thing was we ended up with 5 desserts and 3 actual things to eat for dinner only. So that was quite funny.
Then went to BoB's for Australia Day. This was actually the first time I've been back to Australia this early, so in 8 years of being here this was the first time I saw the fire works. Had bbq during the day, played some Guitar Hero, then saw fireworks. Was a good day.
Picture of fireworks at Perth Australia Day which I took...........off the net
